About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Residential Aged Care Registered Nurses & Carers to join our team in permanent part-time positions across morning, afternoon and night shifts.

In this hands-on role, you will provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities including meals, hydration, mobility and transfers
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report any changes in condition
• Accurately document care and observations in clinical records
• Support basic clinical and medication-related tasks under RN direction

About You
You are caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care
• Minimum 6 months experience within aged care or healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current National Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights
