The Role:
- Lead the daily operations and clinical care of this fully compliant home
- Supported by a strong leadership team including financial, clinical and education support who will provide you with the assistance to fully succeed in this position
- Permanent Monday to Friday position (no weekend work)
- Oversee a welcoming facility with genuine support from both the senior management and clinical team
- A values-driven aged care provider with established links with the local community
About You:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse (preferred) with previous experience in a Residential Manager/Facility Manager role in aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care standards with experience leading a facility through accreditation
- Strong financial management skills with experience managing a budget
- The ability to lead and motivate a clinical team
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
