About the Role:
- Lead the day-to-day operations and clinical care delivery of this established aged care home.
- Oversee budget management and occupancy levels to ensure financial sustainability.
- Permanent, Monday to Friday schedule - no weekend work required.
- Work within a values-driven organisation with strong community connections.
- Oversee a fully compliant facility with a collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
- Strong leadership skills to guide clinical teams, manage occupancy, and maintain budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of aged care legislation and industry reforms.
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
