Facility Manager - Wagga Wagga 
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join a Not for Profit, well-established, resident-focused organization. This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in aged care management, financial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style.

The Facility Manager will oversee a fully-accredited Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) in the beautiful Riverina Region.

Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA registration and National Police Certificate 
• Committed to Quality Improvement throughout the home
• Keeping high standards for Aged Care Accreditation success
• Demonstrated management experience in mentoring & supervising a multi-disciplinary team 
• A strong passion and commitment in the delivery of Aged Care Services 
• Previous experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager is desirable 

In this position, you will report directly to the Regional Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring high occupancy rates, optimizing workforce efficiency, and maximizing the facility’s AN-ACC targets. Developing and nurturing strong relationships with community stakeholders will be essential.
