Residential Manager - Regional QLD

Great opportunity to work with a dynamic provider of health & aged care services with a focus on providing their loyal residents with an industry leading standard of care & accommodation.

As the FM you will have direct oversight of the operational management of the facility supported by a dedicated team of care professionals.

Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards, while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of care
  • Inspire and empower your team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Demonstrate financial acumen in managing the facility's resources and budget
  • Drive business performance, optimizing occupancy and revenue streams
  • Champion the values and ethos of our organization, embodying compassion and integrity
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years demonstrated FM experience in the aged care sector.
  • AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1 OR relevant health care qualifications 
  • Extensive clinical and operational knowledge.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC documentation requirements
  • Excellent Business Acumen skills 
  • Strong experience working with operational budgets and financial management
