Residential Manager - Aged Care - Wide Bay Burnett

• $145,000 - $150,000 + super + salary packaging.

• Lead a well-established residential aged care service.

Main Duties:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service.
• Drive high-quality resident care and positive service outcomes.
• Oversee operational performance, budgets and occupancy.
• Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, legislation and organisational policies.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community.

Essentials:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related discipline, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Recent leadership experience within residential aged care, health or a similar service environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing operations, budgets and service performance.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation and compliance.
• Current driver's licence.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
