We're looking for an experienced Residential Manager to join a reputable Aged Care facility 45 Minutes from Ipswich

$145,000 + super + salary packaging; 5 weeks of annual leave
Permanent full-time - Monday to Friday role

Residential Manager - Aged Care - 45 Minutes from Ipswich

Approx $145,000 + super + salary packaging.
Permanent full-time Monday to Friday role.
Salary packaging up to $18,549 per year, including up to $15,900 for everyday living expenses and $2,649 for meals and entertainment.
5 weeks annual leave offered.

Main Duties:

Direct comprehensive facility operations, care provision, and workforce planning.
Champion exceptional clinical standards and highly personalized resident care.
Guarantee strict adherence to industry regulations, accreditation, and internal policies.
Manage commercial performance, including budgets, occupancy rates, and key targets.
Cultivate strong connections with residents, their families, staff, and the broader community.
Mentor and empower staff to foster an accountable, collaborative, and engaged workplace.
Spearhead continuous quality enhancement, prioritizing safe practices and optimal outcomes.

Essentials:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in health, management, business, or a related discipline.
Minimum five years' post-graduate experience, including recent leadership experience within aged care, healthcare, or a comparable service environment.
Demonstrated understanding of aged care accreditation requirements, funding frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Current driver's licence.
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (where applicable).
