Residential & Retirement Living Manager - Colac (RN Essential)
An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced aged care leader to take the helm of a well-established residential aged care and retirement living precinct operated by a respected not-for-profit provider.

With responsibility for a fully accredited 100+ bed residential aged care service and retirement living community, this role offers the chance to lead an engaged workforce, build on strong operational performance, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians.

Supported by an experienced Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinators, Registered Nurses and dedicated regional quality resources, you will step into a service that is performing strongly and positioned for continued success.

About the Role
You will be accountable for the overall operational, financial, clinical and people performance of the service.

You will provide visible leadership across the precinct, ensuring exceptional resident outcomes, workforce engagement, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven success in a Facility Manager, Director of Nursing, General Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centred care
