Retirement Living Manager - Age Care
Redstone are seeking an enthusiastic Retirement Living Manager for an retirement living facility based.

As the Retirement Living Manger you will be responsible for the continual improvement of the Village whilst ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will be an inspirational leader and role model with the ability to lead, coach and develop others. You will be directly reporting to the CEO and the Village is of a medium size.

Requirement

• Experience as an Aged Care Retirement village Manager.
• Tertiary qualifications in Retirement Living Management and/or Business Management.
• Ability to train, educate and motivate staff.
• Experience with the consultative processes.
• Good experience across financial Management and Budgets
• Knowledge and experience of ensuring compliance with retirement village legislation.
• A valid Police Certificate and vaccination certificates.
