We are seeking an experienced and organised Rostering Coordinator to join our large, well-established aged care facility located in East Melbourne. This is a key role that supports quality resident care by ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant staffing levels at all times.
About the Role
As the Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining staff rosters across multiple departments. You will work closely with clinical leaders, management, and staff to ensure shifts are filled appropriately and in line with award, compliance, and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate staff rosters
- Manage shift changes, leave requests, and unplanned absences
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, ratios, and aged care standards
- Liaise with agency staff when required
- Maintain accurate staffing and payroll data
- Provide administrative support related to workforce planning
