The Opportunity
An established Community Aged Care provider is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of a large mobile workforce delivering essential services to older Australians living at home.

This is a critical role within the private Home Care organisation, responsible for ensuring carers are effectively matched to client needs, shifts are covered, and services are delivered seamlessly. You'll inherit a well-established portfolio and receive a thorough handover from the current team.

Supporting Registered Nurses and Carers across a growing client base within Support At Home, NDIS and private services, this position will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges while making a genuine difference to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily rosters across a large community workforce
  • Manage shift changes, cancellations and urgent scheduling requests
  • Maintain continuity of care through effective workforce planning
  • Liaise closely with operational and clinical teams regarding service delivery
  • Ensure accurate scheduling records are maintained
About You
  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination is essential
  • Experience coordinating large mobile or community-based workforces
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using rostering platforms such as Deputy or similar systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
