Senior Care Manager | Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to join an established team at a fully accredited aged care facility in Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead daily clinical operations, ensuring excellence in care delivery while playing a key role in maintaining high standards, compliance, and resident well-being.

• Supported by an established Facility Manager who has been at the site 5+ years and supported by 4 x Clinical Care Coordinators

The Role:

• Provide expert clinical guidance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure the facility meets Aged Care Quality Standards and oversee the accreditation process.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and senior leadership team to drive strategic improvements and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team, fostering a positive culture.

About You:

• 5+ years as a Care Manager experience in a large facility
• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Strong understanding of Aged Care standards with experience leading a facility through accreditation
• Strong understanding of dementia care best practices
• The ability to lead and motivate a clinical team
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
