- Assisting with staff training and development
- Ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements
- Make sure the residents receive the highest level of clinical care
- Making sure performance standards are met and maintained
- Leading the team of care staff
- Reporting to the Clinical Manager
- Qualified Registered Nurse with Aged Care experience is a MUST
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Senior RN or CN experience in residential aged care required
- Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
- An understanding of AN-ACC
- Understanding of quality and legislation
- Looking for someone who is hands-on and will make themselves visible on the floor
- An active participant in continuous improvement activities
