Senior Manager – Clinical Quality & Governance Exclusive Opportunity
We are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider to appoint a Senior Manager – Clinical Quality & Governance.

Lead organisation-wide clinical quality and governance strategy during a critical period of sector reform, with direct influence at executive level.

The Opportunity
As the exclusive recruitment partner, we are seeking a senior quality leader to drive the implementation of new Aged Care Standards and embed a contemporary Clinical Governance Framework across a multi-site organisation.

Working closely with the General Manager – Quality, Risk & Safeguarding, you will play a key role in shaping clinical risk, safeguarding, and quality outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and embed the Clinical Quality & Governance Framework across the organisation
  • Drive organisation-wide change aligned to the new Aged Care Act and Standards
  • Oversee clinical risk management, incident investigations, and corrective actions
  • Partner with Executive and Board stakeholders through high-quality reporting and insights
  • Support implementation of a new clinical system and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Engage across 10+ residential aged care sites across Victoria

About You
  • Registered Nurse (essential)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Quality, Clinical Governance, or Risk within aged care
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and accreditation standards
  • Proven ability to lead change in complex, multi-site environments
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Comfortable operating in a senior, standalone role
