What You'll Need:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Strong clinical expertise and leadership experience in physiotherapy
• Experience in residential aged care setting
• Advanced skills in clinical assessment, analysis, and implementing effective treatments
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Understanding of relevant accreditation, funding systems, and continuous improvement processes
• Proficient in using computer systems and emerging healthcare technologies
• Ability to engage with diverse clients and understand their unique needs and challenges
• A valid driving license and car to access the five facilities in South Sydney. 
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking highly desirable but not essential

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based, client-focused rehabilitation assessments and interventions
• Lead group-based pain management programs
• Creating falls-prevention and wellness programs 
• Supervise and mentor staff and students as needed
• Provide oversight to other physios across several sites
• Collaborate with a broad network of healthcare professionals, including GPs, specialists, insurers, Medicare, and others involved in patient care
