Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you’ll play a key role in helping children develop critical communication skills. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language challenges, empowering children to reach their full potential.
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges in children of all ages.
  • Develop and implement personalised therapy plans to support each child’s unique needs.
  • Work closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach to care.
  • Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home.
  • Monitor progress and deliver detailed reports to families and key stakeholders.
  • Offer therapy services in diverse environments, including clinics, schools, early learning centres, and home visits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and approaches in speech pathology to deliver best-practice care.
What You'll Need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) 
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence 
  • 2 years + experience as a Speech Pathologist 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and colleagues.
  • A passion for paediatrics and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit different environments and learning styles
