A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tenders & Contracts Specialist to join a dynamic healthcare provider & lead the full contract lifecycle. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage proposals, coordinate tender submissions and oversee contract administration. You will join a collaborative and supportive environment, reporting to an experienced and established leader. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, submit, and evaluate proposals, quotes, tenders, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Maintain contract records and develop timely reporting and data management.
  • Support project management for new client implementations and business growth

About You:
  • Proven experience in contracts, procurement, or tender management.
  • A healthcare industry background (highly desirable).
  • Outstanding organisational, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
