Lovely opportunity to join a high regarded aged care provider based in the East of Melbourne, medium sized home.
You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of outstanding care to residents, while upholding regulatory standards and cultivating a positive work culture among staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility team to ensure the highest standards of resident care and service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, maintenance, and resident admissions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff members, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support staff development initiatives, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in care delivery.
- Salary is negotiable for the right candidate range starting from $150K base

- AHRPA DIV 1 Essential
- Minimum 3 years prior Facility Management experience in aged care
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
