Referral Terms and Conditions

  • The person referring (the referrer) the Personal Care Assistant or Registered Nurse (the referee) will receive the vouchers
  • The referer must complete the referral form through their consultants to be eligible.
  • The value of $200 will be paid out in digital vouchers to the referrer if the person referred is a Personal Care Assistant.

  • The value of $299 will be paid out in digital vouchers to the referrer if the person referred is a Registered Nurse

  • For the referrer to be eligible, they must be an active employee who has worked a shift within the last 6 months

  • The referee must have worked 10 shifts within 60 days of starting with Redstone, or has worked a 6-week contract (240+ hours) rurally for the referrer to receive the bonus

  • Referrals are recognised nationally and can be for referrals in different states within Australia e.g. The referrer can be working in VIC but refers a candidate who wants to work in rural NSW.

  • Further to be eligible, the referred candidate must be at least 2 years removed from last being active with Redstone or be a new employee who hasn’t previously been introduced to, or worked for Redstone.

  • The onus is on the referrer to notify Redstone once they are eligible for the bonus, please inform your consultant if the threshold has been met and you haven’t received your voucher

  • If the referred candidate’s shift is canceled, then this is NOT counted as a shift worked

  • There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make

  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of Redstone Recruitment

  • The Redstone Referral program is not valid with any other offer, unless specified

  • Redstone Recruitment reserves the right to extend or end this promotion at any time 

  • The Redstone Referral Program  runs indefinitely.
