Location: Regional NSW
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join a leading NFP aged care provider based in Regional NSW. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operational and financial management of a medium-sized aged care facility. You’ll drive financial performance by maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing effective workforce planning, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Facility Manager ready for their next challenge and committed to delivering high-quality care. You will bring strong leadership skills, ideally with experience in the aged care sector, and have the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while re-energising and motivating the team.

About You:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with experience in a Facility Manager/Director of Nursing/Residential Manager role
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical and non-clinical team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
