We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join a supportive aged care team at a medium sized residential aged care facility in the Bankstown area.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive education program for the clinical team. Working closely with an experienced leadership team, you’ll identify training needs and provide targeted education aligned with the changing Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS).

About You:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with prior experience in a Clinical Educator role in residential aged care
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical and non-clinical team through a period of change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
