We require an experienced Clinical Manager to manage the clinical care within this large aged care residence based Portland VIC.
Representing a values-driven leading aged care organisation, you will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and another Clinical Care Manager. This is a well-staffed, large facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.
The Role:
As a CCM, you will drive the leadership of clinical care to all residents and become an important leadership team member.
- Large home with 100+ beds
- Home is running well with strong occupancy levels and is fully accredited since last year
- Working alongside another Care Manager and reporting to the Facility Manager
- Overseeing Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and PCAs
- Currently have agency CMs in the home who are doing a wonderful job but looking to hire permanent asap for stability within the home
- Monday to Friday hours with no on call requirements!!
- Excellent annual salary of $133k + super
- Not-for-profit salary packaging
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance or initial accommodation can be provided for up to 12 weeks

- Demonstrated Care Manager experience in the aged care sector - minimum 3 years
- Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1)
- Extensive clinical skills and knowledge.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards
- Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
