Head office-based role focusing on Quality and Clinical Governance across a portfolio of aged care services in NSW. You will be based in Sydney and supported by a senior leadership team, reporting to an Executive Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Clinical Governance Framework
- Lead evidence-based and high standard of care
- Coach, educate and mentor staff
- Ensure continuous quality improvement
- Provide strategic advice for a portfolio of services
- Current AHPRA registration and post-graduate qualifications in management (Aged/Health Care)
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management
- Ability to analyse clinical and quality data
- Experience in problem-solving using clinical data
- Proven ability to write reports and update clinical policies
