This role would suit an experienced operator in Residential Management who is seeking their next challenge and wants to advance their career at a medium-large residential aged care facility.
Responsibilities:
As Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility's day-to-day operations, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the clinical team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
