Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join an established residential aged care provider on a part-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced management team and provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
This role is part-time 3 days per week on a 6-month contract, ideal for someone looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact in aged care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide generalist HR support to managers and staff across the facility
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
- Assist with policy interpretation, award and agreement compliance
- Manage employee relations matters with a solutions-focused approach
- Support workforce planning and staff engagement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and Fair Work requirements

About You:
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally within aged care, healthcare or NFP sectors
- Strong working knowledge of Fair Work, employment law, and aged care sector requirements
- Personable, approachable, and confident in providing advice to managers and employees
- Able to commit to a 3-day working week for a 6-month contract
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
