As the Clinical Care Manager, you will take the lead in managing clinical care, making sure each resident receives high-quality, compassionate, and personalized support. You’ll guide and support a committed team of carers and clinical professionals, equipping them with the tools and direction they need to succeed. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that upholds the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
- Ability to assess complex clinical situations and make sound decision that benefit residents’ wellbeing.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and empower your team
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Prioritise residents, ensuring individual needs, preferences, dignity and choice are a key focus in everything you do.
- Knowledge of clinical care standards, quality frameworks, regulatory requirements and upcoming reforms
- Ability to managing challenges and adapt to changing circumstances to deliver person centred care
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in clinical management position within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards, aged care legislation and upcoming reforms
- Experience in staff leadership and team management
- National police check
- Working with Vulnerable People registration with NDIS endorsement
- Valid Australian Working Rights
