Join a dedicated aged care provider based in East Melbourne as a Clinical Educator and help shape the future of aged care through staff development, clinical excellence and compassionate leadership.
About the Role:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing and care staff
- Support staff onboarding, competency assessments and ongoing clinical development
- Promote evidence-based, person-centred care aligned with aged care standards
- Identify and respond to learning needs across the team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring and clinical confidence
- Support accreditation readiness and quality improvement initiatives
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in clinical education, ideally within aged care
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for staff development and resident care
