An outstanding Home Care Manager opportunity has arisen with a fantastic organisation based in Dubbo, NSW. Lead the day-to-day delivery of Home Care across a local portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, people-focused leadership and hands-on support to staff across day-to-day operations
- Set clear expectations and foster a positive, accountable team culture
- Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with governance, quality, and risk frameworks
- Drive business growth through stakeholder engagement and relationship development
- Lead the team through recent service changes and adapt to an activity-based funding model with confidence and resilience
- Experience in a management/operations role
- Home care, disability or aged care sector experience a bonus
- Strong operational or management background
- A willingness to coach and mentor Care Coordinators and Case Managers
- Knowledge of relevant WH&S Legislation and application
