Hotel Service Manager – Aged Care | No Nights or Weekends | Ballarat Location
Are you a hands-on hospitality leader looking to step into a key leadership role in a leading aged care provider, where you will have full autonomy in your role?

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead the catering, housekeeping, and laundry operations within a well-established residential aged care facility in Ballarat.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary hospitality team including kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Oversee daily meal preparation, ensuring high standards of food quality, variety, and nutrition in line with aged care standard and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage housekeeping and laundry services to ensure a clean, home-like environment
  • Monitor stock, manage suppliers, and control budgets effectively
  • Drive a positive team culture and continuously improve the resident experience
Esstenital Critera
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery (essential)
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in preparing and coordinating meals for large groups, aged care experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, OH&S, and quality standards
  • Experience managing hospitality services (ideally across catering, housekeeping, or laundry)
  • Aged care experience is advantageous but not essential – hotel or restaurant professionals are encouraged to apply
