Skills and experience required:
- Degree qualified with HR generalist experience in a high-performance environment.
- Healthcare & Aged Care experience - essential.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Proven talent management and performance management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in having added initiatives in previous workplaces.
- Ability to work in an autonomous position in an unstructured environment.
