We are working with a large pool of fantastic Aged Care providers across South Australia who are seeking passionate nurses to take on a great opportunity and help out aged care sites in need!

With Redstone you have the benefit of working directly with an experienced Consultant who will support you throughout the placement. They will manage all your onboarding, expenses, pay, roster, and ensuring that you are a good fit for the Aged Care home.
All placements will allow you to work as much and as little as you want. There is a mixture of AM, PM, Nights and Weekends on offer - a great opportunity to earn penalties!
About You
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 6–12 months of nursing experience in aged care (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgement in aged care environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Excellent hourly rates of $55- $130 p/hr
- Casual shifts on offer Mon - Sun FULL TIME HOURS!
- Mixture of AM, PM & Nights
- Dedicated Consultant to help at all times.
- Options for you close to home
- Earn Penalties and overtime!
