Director of People and Culture - Aged Care - Sydney

This is a standout opportunity to join a leading Healthcare provider in the Sydney Metro. Overseeing the entire HR function of this organisation, you are tasked with developing a high-performance culture within this growing aged care entity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and training to the management team on creating a high-performance culture.
  • Advise on improving employee engagement strategies.
  • Develop learning and development strategies
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team in assisting on developing the company's brand against competitors as an employer of choice.
  • Ad hoc HR project work.



Skills and experience required:
  • Degree qualified with HR generalist experience in a high-performance environment.
  • Healthcare & Aged Care experience - essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
  • Proven talent management and performance management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in adding initiatives in previous workplaces.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous position in an unstructured environment.
