Clinical Care Manager | Aged care | Mid-North Coast
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical services and deliver outstanding resident care at a Not-for-Profit Aged Care Home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven aged care group committed to making a difference in the community.
You will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a great opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the clinical care of residents, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Mentor and train Registered Nurses (RNs) and care staff, contributing to professional development
- Manage interactions with families and handle complaints efficiently
- Provide leadership in staff management, supporting the Facility Manager
- Ensure the facility maintains compliance with industry standards
- Support from a strong leadership team with long tennure at the site
- Access to internal training and career development programmes
- Work within a well-staffed and compliant facility offering continuous learning opportunities
- A valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse with excellent clinical care skills
- Proven experience as a Clinical Care Manager in aged care
- Strong track record in training and mentoring RNs and care staff
- Experience in dealing with families and managing complaints
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively support the Facility Manager in staff management
