Deputy Service Manager & Clinical Care Coordinator | Newcastle

We have two exciting opportunities for a Deputy Service Manager and a Clinical Care Coordinator to support our Facility Manager and lead teams in delivering exceptional care. These pivotal roles ensure high standards are met across the facility, driving quality, compliance, and a positive resident experience.

About the Roles:

• Full-time, Mon - Fri & PPT CCC
• Identify gaps or risks, create action plans and provide education accordingly, to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents
• Advocate for clinical excellence and be willing to ensure a homely and loving environment by providing care with compassion, integrity and dignity

About you:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Experience as a CCC/CM/DDON required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly experienced in Clinical Governance, Accreditation Standards & Compliance
