This role is responsible for:
- Food services, including the kitchen and on-site café
- Cleaning and laundry services
- Event coordination
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven management experience in hospitality within a Hospital, Retirement, or Aged Care setting
- A hands-on, approachable leadership style
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience contributing to and managing budgets
- A passion for creating a professional, caring, and resident-focused environment
- Salary from $100k + Super
