This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical care of a 100+ bed residential aged care facility near Tweed Heads. You will lead the clinical care team, mentor junior staff and work closely with the Quality team to identify areas for continuous improvement.

You will join a leading aged care provider with ample opportunity for further career progression and professional development.

The Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration with previous experience as a Care Manager within a residential aged care facility
Ability to lead and motivate the clinical team
Full Australian working rights
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication and time management skills
