- The home is based in the Northern suburbs
- Accreditation due in 2026
- Home at full occupancy with a waitlist
- IPC Lead qualification would be beneficial
- This role reports to the Facility Manager
- Structure: Facility Manager, Rostering and Administration Officer, AN-ACC & Education Coordinator, Lifestyle team, RN's, EN's and PCA Medicators

- Lead comprehensive clinical assessments to identify resident needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing and personal care services, ensuring consistency and compassion.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant aged care legislation, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and care teams.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, integrated care that supports residents’ health and wellbeing.
- AHPRA Registration as a DIV 1 Registered Nurse
- 3-5 years experience in aged care
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical management and care planning
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach
- Ability to prioritise competing priorities effectively
- IPC Lead Qualification (desirable)
