The Role
Join a values-driven and supportive aged care provider as the Care Manager of a fully accredited residential aged care facility.

You’ll lead the clinical team to deliver exceptional person-centred care, mentor RNs and care staff, and drive ongoing quality and compliance improvements.

You’ll be supported by a well-resourced on-site team, including Quality, Education, Rostering, Lifestyle, and Maintenance departments.

Permanent full-time position – Monday to Friday

About You

Current AHPRA registration (RN)
Experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator in residential aged care
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a clinical team
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Passion for providing values-driven, high-quality care
