An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Leader to lead the clinical operations within a Residential Aged Care Facility. If you’ve been thinking about taking the next step in your career with a large reputable provider this could be the role for you.
As Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical assessments, care planning, and risk management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, managing clinical budgets, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

- Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor teams, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Experience in accreditation processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
