Outstanding Facility Manager (RN) opportunity available for an enthusiastic aged care leader to oversee this lovely, medium-sized aged care residence in the Wide Bay-Burnett Region.
Representing this dynamic health & aged care organisation, you will enjoy support from operations teams as well as a skilled clinical care team onsite. This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday opportunity with a degree of flexibility in start & finish times. On offer is a wonderful salary package and additional benefits.

THE ROLE:
You will lead the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their loyal residents are receiving an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also ensure excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards & Organisational Objectives.
The Requirements:
- Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
- At least 2 years aged care management experience
- Proven operational leadership skills & experience
- Valid Police Clearance
- Valid Drivers License
