This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical care of a medium sized residential aged care facility. You will lead the clinical care team, mentor junior staff and identify areas for continuous improvement.

The Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration with previous experience as a Care Manager within a residential aged care facility
Ability to lead and motivate the clinical team
Full Australian working rights
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication and time management skills
