Quality and Education Manager - Cairns

A fantastic full-time career opportunity is now available for two experienced Quality & Education Managers to join reputable aged care providers Cairns.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Quality & Education Manager to become part of a fully accredited residential aged care service. In this role, you will take the lead in upholding clinical excellence, overseeing audits, and driving education and training initiatives. Working alongside the Facility Manager and Clinical Manager, you’ll contribute to a collaborative and motivated team committed to delivering the highest standard of care.

The Requirements

• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of quality care through guidance and support.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and promote evidence-based best practices.
• Manage quality improvement projects, conduct audits, and ensure accurate quality indicator reporting.
• Enhance team skills and knowledge through targeted education and training programs

Must haves:

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration (mandatory).
• At least 2 years experience in clinical leadership within aged care or a related healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred).
