About You:
- APHRA Registered Nurse with proven experience in a Quality Manager or Quality & Compliance role within the aged care
- Strong understanding of the New Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence positive change across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Current Australian working rights, driving licence and relevant qualifications
