An exciting opportunity for a Clinical Leader to join a highly respected not-for-profit aged care provider based in the beautiful Northern Rivers region, just a short drive from Byron Bay.

In this rewarding leadership role, you’ll have the chance to guide and mentor a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and care staff. You’ll take responsibility for overseeing care plans and documentation, ensuring full compliance while championing the highest standards of person-centred care.

About You:

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, care planning and documentation
