We are partnering with a well regarded aged care provider to recruit an experienced Admissions Coordinator.
This is a key role responsible for managing the full admissions process across two vibrant aged care homes, one larger and recently upgraded, and one smaller community based home.
You will:
- Oversee admissions, referrals, and contracts across both homes
- Collaborate closely with Facility Managers and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and key stakeholders
- Spend part of your week visiting homes and engaging with the community
- Flexible hours to support work life balance

- Proven experience in aged care admissions is essential, applications without aged care sales will not be considered
- Confident managing contracts, referrals, and contact development
