Admissions Coordinator | Aged Care Sales | Melbourne (Multiple Sites)
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator / Aged Care Sales professional to join a high-performing admissions team supporting multiple residential aged care homes across East Melbourne

This is a high-impact, KPI-driven role focused on occupancy growth, enquiry conversion, and end-to-end resident admissions management within a busy aged care environment.

About the Role
As an Admissions Coordinator, you will manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to admission, working closely with internal stakeholders and external referrers to drive occupancy and revenue outcomes.

You will play a key role in aged care sales, resident admissions, CRM management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end aged care admissions process
  • Respond to enquiries and convert leads into admissions
  • Conduct resident tours, pre-admission meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and issue resident agreements and contracts
  • Drive occupancy growth and enquiry conversion targets (KPIs)
  • Promote and sell Higher Everyday Living (HELF) options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and health partners
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM, eCase, and My Aged Care systems
  • Support families with fees, funding, and admissions documentation
  • Coordinate room readiness, turnovers, and admissions logistics
  • Ensure compliance with aged care admissions processes and policies
About You
  • Proven experience in aged care admissions, aged care sales, or occupancy management (essential)
  • Strong background in customer service, sales conversion, or healthcare admissions
  • Ability to work to KPIs and performance targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and aged care platforms (eCase, My Aged Care preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
