A leading aged care provider is looking for an experienced Admissions Coordinator to oversee the customer journey across multipe residential sites in the Western region.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and understands the complexities of aged care placement.

- Oversee and manage admissions across multiple sites
- Conduct tours and guide families through the aged care journey
- Explain fees, charges, and contracts in a clear, empathetic manner
- Liaise with referrers, discharge planners, and social workers
- Occasionally support inbound enquiry calls when needed
- Travel across sites is required (fully reimbursed)
- Hybrid work arrangements can be discussed
- Previous experience in aged care admissions or a similar health-facing role
- Strong understanding of aged care systems, processes, and funding (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple sites
- Comfortable managing sensitive conversations with families and residents
