This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established not-for-profit Residential Aged Care organisation in a role combining admissions, relationship management, customer experience and occupancy.

The Role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the journey from initial enquiry, through to admission and beyond.

You'll build strong relationships, conduct tours, coordinate admissions and work closely with clinical, hospitality and lifestyle teams to ensure every resident and family feels informed, supported and confident.

You'll also play an important role in enhancing the resident experience, using feedback and relationships to identify opportunities to improve engagement, hospitality and quality of life.

About You We're looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, articulate and professionally presented
• Naturally confident building relationships with people from all backgrounds
• Experienced in customer service, sales, hospitality, admissions or relationship management
• Confident managing conversations, concerns and negotiations

Experience in aged care, retirement living, healthcare or community services will be highly regarded, as will experience with contracts, higher everyday living fees or customer experience programs.
