The Role
As Team Leader, you will oversee a group of Admissions Coordinators who manage the end-to-end admissions process. Your focus will be on delivering a consistent, person-centred experience for residents and families while ensuring compliance and best practice across multiple sites.

We are seeking a proven people leader with a strong background in aged care sales and admissions, who thrives in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
To be successful you will bring:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in aged care admissions, client services, or operations
- Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of aged care funding, fees, and compliance
- CRM and systems expertise (aged care platforms highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service excellence
