We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aged Care Facility Manager to step into a rewarding role in Regional New South Wales.

ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in a Facility Manager or senior leadership role within aged care is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Australian aged care standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial and operational management experience
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes
  • Willingness to relocate regional NSW
  • Knowledge of all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, Professional Standards and Guidelines applicable to the role and willingness to work within same
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge with emphasis on business performance including AN-ACC, occupancy, people management and budget controls
  • A desire to maintain and improve standards whilst understanding the need for strong financial stewardship and business performance
Prior experience as a Centre Manager is welcomed but not required. The organisation is dedicated to helping the right candidate step into the role through a well-supported transition process.
